Firm attorneys, B. Gene Taylor, III and Dorrell J. Brister, were recently recognized as 2024 Top Lawyers in their respective practice areas by Acadiana Profile Magazine, an award reserved for the region’s “most respected attorneys, as nominated by their peers within the legal profession.”  Inclusion in the annual list of Top Lawyers “is based solely on one’s standing within their peer group,” determined by vote of Acadiana attorneys asked to identify “fellow lawyers they deem the best in their field of law practice.”  Taylor was selected in the category of Commercial Litigation, and Brister in Trusts & Estates Law.  Taylor and Brister were the only attorneys receiving the honor from the Central Louisiana area.
